Who We Are

The Fair Work Clinic was co-founded by five law graduates, brought together by their passion for strengthening the public interest law landscape in Hong Kong.

We believe that everyone should have equal access to justice. At Fair Work Clinic, we strive to make legal assistance more accessible to grassroots workers.

Our Mission

1. We provide free and timely legal support for grassroots workers via our network of pro bono lawyers

2. We assist NGOs to increase their capacity to meet the needs of grassroots workers

3. We equip the general public with knowledge of how to protect their labour rights and raise awareness of access to justice issues in Hong Kong.
