Providing Legal Aid for Employment Rights
The Fair Work Clinic’s mission is three-fold:
- We provide free and timely legal support for grassroots workers via our network of pro bono lawyers
- We assist NGOs to increase their capacity to meet the needs of grassroots workers
- We equip the general public with knowledge of how to protect their labour rights and raise awareness of access to justice issues in Hong Kong.
